Growing up with an alcoholic parent shaped much of my journey—learning to navigate emotional turmoil, seeking comfort in food, and struggling to set boundaries. As a child, food became my refuge, a way to soothe emotions I didn’t yet understand. By ten, dieting was the norm in my family, and I spent years chasing the illusion of control through countless weight-loss programs.
It wasn’t until I recognized that my relationship with food was deeply emotional that I broke free from the yo-yo cycle. Healing meant more than just changing eating habits—it required setting boundaries, understanding my emotions, and redefining balance. Now, as a certified Life and Nutrition Coach, a 500 RYT yoga teacher, and a school counselor with 29 years in education, I help women find that same freedom.
I’m happily married for 20 years, raising two incredible sons, and embracing the outdoors—especially when pine trees and crisp fall air are involved. Life is about balance, and I love guiding others to find theirs.

I currently offer one-on-one coaching sessions via zoom designed to help women transform their habits, integrate balance into their life, mindfully nourish their mind & body and empower them to find peace and calm.
Before working with Holli, I felt guilty about taking any time for myself since being a mom comes first. With her coaching, I learned how taking time for myself helps not only be, but my family too. I have been inspired to take up a new hobby thanks to her coaching and support.

When I started working with Holli, I was looking to change my mindset around food & feeling like I need to be on a diet. Through nutrition coaching, I learned how to actually fuel my body through food & could identify what my body needed- whether it was protein, fat, or carbs. I also learned to embrace carbs as they are important to your body! I now feel confident knowing how to feed my body and the guilt/shame around food is gone. The best part of working with Holli was that she is non-judgmental and I could tell her anything knowing I would get unwavering support. Holli cared about me as a person instead of the number on my scale- she helped my mindset so tremendously. I am so grateful for all that Holli helped me achieve!
